LIBERTY — The Red Apron and owner Kirsten Sundell are gearing up to host the fourth annual Holiday Homes Tour. Proceeds benefit the Liberty Women’s Clinic. The time is 1 to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 10 and 11.
The first house on the tour, owned by Steve and Becki Anderson, is at 716 W. Liberty Drive. The home was built by the Casey family between 1900 to 1907. The Andersons purchased the home in 2012.
The second house, owned by Mike and Lauren Ruff, is at 232 W. Kansas St., located just west of the Square, was built in 1883. Last year, the house was remodeled by Ken Personett and his son, Kenny, who added two bedrooms and a full bath to the back of the house on the second level.
The third house, owned by Adam and Melissa McCullough, is at 519 W. Franklin. The Prairie Foursquare was built in 1908 for the Rev. Hugh McClintic, pastor of the Presbyterian church. In November of 2016, the McCulloughs purchased the home.
The fourth house on the tour, owned by Lisa Carmony, is at 232 N. Lightburne St. In five months, Carmony remodeled the 1937 home from top to bottom..
