LIBERTY â John Mills, who has been with the city of Liberty since January 2001, will retire in December as fire chief and hand the leadership over to new Chief Chris Young.

LIBERTY — In its second school year, the Collegiate Nursing Academy has 22 local high school seniors looking at whether a career in medicine might be the direction for them.
