You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Family Court Division of the Circuit Court of Clay County, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is the adjudication and dispositional hearing in the cause filed in the interest of the juvenile.

The names of all the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for the Juvenile Officer is William Shull, 351 E Kansas, Liberty, MO 64068.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the petition within forty-five (45) days after the 5th day of November, 2020, judgment by default will be rendered against you.

It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in the Courier-Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the County of Clay, State of Missouri.
