To: All unknown individuals or
entities claiming an interest in a 2010 Ford F150, VIN 1FTEX1C8XAKE15552 as well as their heirs, grantees, or successors, referred to collectively as John Doe and Defendant Andrew Comer the seller of the a 2010 Ford F150, VIN
1FTEX1C8XAKE15552, 15102 Kelly Dr., Smithville, MO 64089; and Andrew Comer, last known address 15102 Kelly Dr., Smithville, MO 64089.
You are hereby notified that, on the 23rd day of July, 2019, a petition was filed in the Circuit Court for the County of Clay, Missouri, by the Plaintiff, Kevin Smith, to establish title to 2010 Ford F150, VIN 1FTEX1C8XAKE15552, in which said Plaintiff claims the title to said property, said title never having been delivered to him at the time of the sale. Plaintiff is represented by Timothy J. Murphy, 1 Victory Drive, Suite 205, Liberty, MO 64068. The other defendants are Joel Walters, Director of the Missouri Department of Revenue, Harry S. Truman State Office Building, 301 West High Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against said Petition within 45 days after the date of the first publication of this notice, September 26, 2019, or such longer time as the court may fix per order, judgment of default will be entered against you.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in the Courier-Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Clay, State of Missouri.
