You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Clay County, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is Reform the Deed of Trust that encumbers real property commonly described as 1008 NE 72nd Street, Gladstone, MO 64118 and to Quiet Title to the same property;

Said action affects the aforementioned property which is legally described as:

The South 165 feet of the East 135 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 51, Range 33, in the City of Gladstone, Clay County, Missouri, EXCEPT that part condemned by the City of Gladstone in Report of Commissioners filed December 26, 1973, in Book 1143, Page 788, as Document No. C 94073, and described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Defendants land and at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 51, Range 33; thence West along the South line of said Quarter Section to the Southwest corner of Defendants’ land; thence North along the West line of Defendants’ land a distance of 30 feet; thence East and parallel to the South line of said Quarter Section a distance of 85 feet; thence Northeasterly in a straight line to a point 53 feet North of the South line and 26 feet West of the East line of said Quarter Section; thence North and parallel to the East line of said Quarter Section to the North line of Defendants’ land; thence East along the North line of Defendants’ land to the East line of said Quarter Section; thence South along the East line of said Quarter Section to the point of beginning, excluding part in existing right-of-way.

The names of all parties to this action are: EVERETT FRAZER and CAROLYN A. FRAZER A/K/A CAROLYN FRAZIER.
