You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Family Court Division of the Circuit Court of Clay County, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is the adjudication and dispostional hearing in the cause filed in the interest of the juvenile.

The names of all the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for the Juvenile Officer is William Shull, 351 East Kansas Street, Liberty, Missouri 64068.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within 45 days after the 8th day of April, 2021, judgment by default will be rendered against you.

It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in the Courier-Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the County of Clay, State of Missouri.
