Liberty second-grader seeks toys, coloring books during Saturday car show

LIBERTY — Kamryn Drury, 7, a Liberty second-grader, has been making headlines as she strives to collect hundreds of coloring books for children at Children's Mercy Hospital.

To further her goal, Kamryn's aunt and uncle are hosting a car show from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, at the Liberty area Lowe's, located at 1920 N. Stewart Road, said mother Sara Bouse.

Kamryn’s aunt and uncle are inviting people to fill vintage cars with toys for young patients at Children’s Mercy Hospital.
