Smithville Community in Action Coalition meets Oct. 22

SMITHVILLE — The community is invited to the luncheon meeting of the Smithville Community in Action Coalition to be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, at Humphry's in downtown Smithville, 111 Bridge St.

Reservations are requested. Social distancing will be enforced, and face masks are required.

The coalition is open for free membership to anyone living or working in the Smithville area interested in creating safe, healthy communities in which youth can thrive. Meetings focus on topics and discussions of issues important to area youth and families.

CIA has the administrative support of Tri-County Mental Health Services and has received a federal grant to assist them in their prevention efforts. More information about CIA is available at SmithvilleCIA.org or on Facebook at Facebook.com/SmithvilleMO.
