Liberty Summer Band continues June 18

The Liberty Summer Band plays patriotic tunes and marches during last year's patriotic concert. Shows will continue this year Tuesday, June 18.

LIBERTY — The Liberty Summer Band is an all-volunteer group of about 80 musicians who rehearse and perform on select evenings in June. The repertoire is a variety of music ranging from concert overtures and marches to show tunes and light classics. All concerts are free and open to the public.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.

The 2019 schedule continues Tuesdays, June 18 and 25. A patriotic concert is June 30.

All concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. in front of the James S. Rooney Justice Center, 11 S. Water St.
