Celebrating a belated Easter
Whether it's called the After Easter Kearney Car Parade or the Kearney Quarantine Parade, 264 vehicles representing many decades of car manufacturing drove through neighborhoods for almost two hours Sunday afternoon, April 19.

While rain and low temperatures caused organizers to delay a planned parade on Easter last week, drivers enjoyed the 65-degree Sunday afternoon, April 19, and expressed their patriotism as part of the rescheduled Kearney Easter Car Parade. The parade began at Price Chopper off Watson Drive in Kearney and snaked its way through neighborhoods.
