St. James Catholic Church holds celebratory luau

The “Living Our Legacy – Anticipating The Future” campaign has surpassed the $4 million mark at St. James Catholic Church. To celebrate the success, the parishioners partied with a Hawaiian meal and a luau Saturday, Jan. 18.

Kirsten Erwin Maggi, Jennifer Schuele and Karen Ridder, known around the Northland as the Liberty Ukuladies, play as part of the luau at St. James Catholic Church Saturday, Jan. 18, at 309 S. Stewart Road in Liberty. The luau celebrated the parishioners surpassing a fundraising goal.
