KEARNEY — Alvin A. Hudson, 46, who lives in Porter Ridge Apartments off Porter Ridge Road in Kearney, was charged with felony statutory rape in a case involving a teenage girl.
According to the victim, multiple rape incidents occurred in Kearney and Holt while the child was 14 and 15 years old.
Hudson is charged with one count of statutory rape in Clinton County and faces two additional charges in Clay County involving the same alleged victim. Hudson was arraigned on the Clinton County warrant Wednesday, Oct. 2.
According to a Clay County probable cause statement signed Kearney police officer Sgt. Ron McEntire, between October of 2016 and May of 2017, the female victim told officers when she was 14 and 15, Hudson had intercourse with her more than 10 times in Kearney and more than 10 times in Holt.
According to the Clay County probable cause statement, Hudson admitted to having sexual relations with the girl.
