LIBERTY — The Eagles continued their recent hot streak with a 52-44 home win on Tuesday, Feb. 11, over Staley, a team that leads the Suburban Red Conference with a 7-2 record.

Liberty North senior guards Benny Kaplan and Jalen Perry each had a team-high 13 points. Kaplan contributed five rebounds and two steals to go with a 3-of-7 3-point shooting performance while Perry had six assists and four rebounds.

Davis Rockers added 9 points, two steals, a rebound and an assist for Liberty North.

The Eagles have won their last four games and seven of their last eight with a 4-5 conference record after starting the season 4-9 overall.

Liberty North will go on the road to face Truman at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14.
