LIBERTY — Jillian Fleming had a 12-point, 13-rebound double-double while Olivia Nelson had eight points and five steals and Mary Mason added seven points and three steals as the senior trio led the Blue Jays to a 38-10 win on senior night over Park Hill South at home Monday, Feb. 10.

The Jays girls team played their best defensive game of the year as they secured seven steals and held the Panthers to a season-low 10 points. Liberty was less stellar on the offense end of the floor, shooting 1 of 18 from the 3-point range.

Fleming had three assists on a night where she shot 4 for 7 from the field and 4 of 6 from the free-throw line. Senior Allie Taylor added 4 points, one assist and one block.

The Blue Jays have won by at least 15 points in 13 of their 20 games so far this season. Nelson and Fleming lead the way with Nelson averaging 15.4 points, 3.7 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 2.2 steals and Fleming averaging 14 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1 steal.
