GLADSTONE — According to the Missouri Department of Transportation, a full-depth reconstruction of North Prospect Avenue from Northeast 72nd Street to Northeast 64th Street are part of the Missouri Highway 1 corridor upgrades. Reconstruction includes pavement rebuilding, a new storm sewer, culvert restorations and an extension of Happy Rock Trail. The project also involves resurfacing the roadway from Missouri Highway 152 to Northeast 72nd Street.
