Angelique Pursell passed away on September 6th at home.

She was born January 28th 1957 in St. Louis, MO, and the family later moved to Kansas City. She finished her education in KC and ultimately became a registered nurse. She worked in Kansas City, Oklahoma City and Joplin before moving to Liberty, MO in 1985. She married Mark Pursell in 1986. She began working at Liberty Hospital from then until she retired in 2015. She made many friends in the health care community and others she met along the way.

In her free time and after retirement, she liked to cook, garden, travel and spend time with friends. She is survived by her husband Mark, brother Sam Lordo and sister Candi Lordo.

A celebration of life will be held October 2nd 6-8pm at Cascone’s Restaurant, 3733 N. Oak, KCMO. She loved their food. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to www.harvesters.org, cityunionmission.org or kchospice.org.
