David Russell Warren, 92, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones and entered his heavenly home on April 14, 2025.
David was born December 11, 1932 to Alice Katherine (Russell) Warren and George Homer Warren in Kansas City, MO. He spent his childhood years in Independence, MO and moved to Liberty, MO in 1963. He married Eudema Darlene Stanfield, the love of his life, on June 22, 1962. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife Darlene and daughters Tracy (Ricky) Bush and Rene’ (Guy) Taylor; grandchildren Amanda Carter, Jonathan (Alyssa) Bush, Patricia (Athanasi) Orfanos, Justin Bush, Jaime Taylor, and Guiou Taylor; great grandchildren Logan Galloway, Ryver Galloway, Isabella Orfanos, and Athanasi Orfanos; sister Martha Fitzgerald; and nephew Drew Fitzgerald.
He was a professional cartographer and retired after thirty years from the Defense Mapping Agency, Kansas City Field Office.
David was an avid student of the Bible, and served the Lord as a Sunday school teacher and youth leader.
Memorial services will be held on April 28, 2025 at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, 119 E. Franklin St., Liberty, MO. Friends and family may visit from 10 to 11 a.m., with services starting at 11 a.m. Burial ceremony to follow at Fairview Cemetery, 235 W. Shrader St., Liberty, MO.
