Debra Denise Shinneman, known to many as Debbie, was born on August 26, 1954, in Rolla, Missouri. She graduated from Liberty High School and later became devoted homemaker, creating a warm and welcoming home for her family.

Debbie passed away peacefully at home on September 21, 2024. Throughout her life, she enjoyed a strong faith and cherished her time spent at church. She a bubbly woman who brought joy to those around her. Her interests included fishing and hunting, activities she loved to share with her husband Don.

Debbie is survived by her loving husband Donald Shinneman and her brother Bill (Shirley) Wimmsatt. She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Betty Wimmsatt, brother Richard Wimmsatt, and sister Chere McCoy.

Visitation will be held from noon to 1 p.m. September 30, 2024, with a funeral service at 1 p.m. at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, located at 1640 N State Route 291, Liberty, Missouri. Immediately following, Debbie will be taken in procession to Fairview Cemetery, 235 W. Shrader, Liberty, Missouri.
