Mary Allene Sage, 86 of Liberty Mo. Passed away on January 31, 2025, in Liberty Mo.
 Mary was born in Minco Oklahoma November 3, 1938. She grew up on a farm in Minco and attended elementary through high school there. She then attended Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in May 1960. She then taught school until she enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1962. Mary served for 14 years and was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain in 1974.
 She then pursued a master’s degree in Library science and a career as a librarian at the Sapulpa Public Library in Sapulpa Oklahoma. She
worked there for 31 years and then retired and moved to Liberty Mo. to be closer to her sister. She was a volunteer at the public library, the Earnest Shepherd Center and was an active participant at the Liberty Community Center for many years. Mary loved dogs, cats, and horses and enjoyed owning and training her animals throughout her life.
 She is predeceased by her sister Pansy Bush, her brother-in-law Floyd Bush, her niece Sharon Molzen, and her nephew Floyd J Bush.
 Visitation will be at 4 PM Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, with Service to follow at 5 PM at the Newcomer’s White Chapel Funeral Home at 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone MO.
