It was a tough week on the road for Smithville football as it fell to undefeated Platte County, 49-7, Friday, Oct. 3.

SMITHVILLE — The start of a new season is upon Smithville football as it heads into its second year under coach Josh Speer.

COLUMBIA — Smithville boys wrestling finished its season with a pair of great performances in the Class 3 State Tournament Friday and Saturday, Feb. 28 and March 1, inside Mizzou Arena.

Smithville boys wrestling put together a successful outing in the Class 3 District 4 Tournament Friday and Saturday, Feb. 21 and 22, in Belton.
