Kearney cross country traveled across state lines to compete against teams from across the Midwest in the Rim Rock Farm Classic Saturday, Sept. 27 in Lawrence, Kansas.

It was another solid week for Kearney’s cross country teams as they competed in the Belton Invitational Saturday, Sept. 6.

KEARNEY — After a long offseason and months of preparation, Kearney’s cross country teams are nearing the beginning of another campaign.

Awards are piling up for Kearney sports after concluding the school year with another strong spring.

The campaign concluded for Kearney boys tennis in the semifinals of the Class 2 District 8 Team Tournament May 6 at William Chrisman High School.

LIBERTY — Already one representative is locked in at state for Liberty boys tennis after the Class 3 District 8 Individual Tournament Friday, May 2, first at Liberty High School before moving to Genesis Health Clubs - Clayview due to rain.

KEARNEY — The season is back in full swing for Kearney boys tennis after its home opener Thursday, April 3.
