Eagle Scout project aids Liberty Meals on Wheels program
LIBERTY — High school senior William Duncan, a member of Scout Troop 376, built a new shelter in Ruth Moore Park as part of his Eagle Scout project. He started in June and finished on Dec. 31, 2024.
