Ethics commission finds Smithville leaders in violation of contribution reporting
SMITHVILLE — Smithville Mayor Damien Boley and Alderwoman Kelly Kobylski each paid a $174 fine to the Missouri Ethics Commission after the commission found the two violated properly reporting contributions on their financial statements prior to the April 2, 2024 election.
