Driver faces charges after car crashes into veterans association roof, injuring 3
EXCELSIOR SPRINGS — What started as a traffic stop and turned into a high-speed chase with a car crashing into the roof of a veterans hall in Excelsior Springs has now lead to charges for the driver.
